SHIPPING POLICY
OVERVIEW
At Dermivex we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders as well as a priority shipping option for customers who want their order faster. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Dermivex currently ships to the United States only. We deliver to all 50 US states and territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND TIMES
Free Standard Shipping — $0.00: United States: 7 to 14 business days
Priority Shipping — $6.95 United States: 5 to 8 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Dermivex offers free standard shipping on every single US order with no minimum purchase required. No discount codes needed — free shipping is automatically applied to all orders at checkout.
PRIORITY SHIPPING
For customers who need their order sooner we offer priority shipping for a flat rate of $6.95. Priority shipping reduces estimated delivery times and includes full tracking. Simply select priority shipping at checkout to upgrade your delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email. Both standard and priority shipments include full tracking.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost or has not moved in an extended period please contact us at support@dermivex.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that you wait the full estimated delivery window before reaching out as shipments can occasionally take longer than expected due to factors outside our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Dermivex is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order please contact us immediately at support@dermivex.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in processing.
